Congressman Darrel Issa is a frequent guest on Bill Maher’s panel. He has apparently learned to be a comedian. Here’s the funny comment to come out of his mouth: On Fox News Sunday (this is already sort of funny–combining Fox and News) Issa said the Obama administration is “one of the most corrupt administrations.”
The one thing which makes this comment not so funny is that Issa, as Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has subpoena power. Therefore we can count on more GOP waste of taxpayer money as they pursue their imaginary agenda.
Laugh? I think I’m gonna cry. I fear that the rethugs will impeach Pres. Obama.
I doubt they will impeach Obama. They know they don’t have the votes in the Senate to remove him from office, and know that many people looked at the GOP negatively after they impeached Clinton. Assuming Obama is reelected, there is also a good chance he will retake the House, eliminating that threat if it happens.
