The crowd outside the Ed Sullivan Theater was far greater on Wednesday than it was for the Fire Dave Rally. Paul McCartney returned to the theater forty-five years after first appearing in the United States with The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. After appearing as a guest on The Late Show with David Letterman, Paul McCartney went on top of the marquee of The Ed Sullivan Theater to perform a couple of songs (video above).

Awesome. He looks great. I hope I age as well.
I miss John and George.
I always liked Ringo best. 🙂

Do you want to know the trick? (Dr. Chusid will hate this advice! 🙂
Everything Bad is Good For You
Yup, it’s that simple! 🙂
From a quick look at the blurb at Amazon, it looks like he is talking about popular culture, not things which are really bad such as tobacco and saturated fats.
A better example (even if it doesn’t hold up medically) would be the old Woody Allen movie Sleeper.
Ah, ya caught me! Yes, but — it’s the principle I’m pushing!
And tobacco and saturated fats are bad? I thought you used one to counteract the other . . . well, in any event, they’re definitely enjoyable! 🙂
No, they don’t counteract each other. Their effects are synergistic. Saturated fats clog the arteries. Cigarettes cause vasoconstriction and shut off what little circulation you have left.
I wonder if you could add something that would release nitrous oxide from the cigarette to counter the vasoconstriction.
