Palin Debates Like A Real Maverick

It is still early in the debate but Sarah Palin is showing how she is a maverick. When Biden pointed out that Palin isn’t answering the questions that are being asked she responded, “I’m not going to answer the questions the way you and the moderator may want.”

Like a true debate maverick she has responded to question after question by talking about whatever she wants. Besides ignoring the questions being asked, she is ignoring the facts, making numerous incorrect statements.

I wish we had Katie Couric to ask follow up questions and further expose how little she knows. I can’t wait to see Tina Fey do her impression of this debate. In the meantime I think I’ll mix a Black Russian. Drinking a Black Russian will both make me as qualified on foreign policy as Sarah (I can see Russia from my house) Palin and make it easier to listen to all the nonsense from Palin.

I was watching it with a friend and she mentioned how the debate seemed more like a SNL skit rather than something real.

If seeing Russia, by the way, makes one qualified on foreign policy, does that mean if I stand at the Texas/Mexico border (I live like about 10 miles from it) I’m also qualified? Just thought I’d ought to know.

It is hard to tell the difference between a SNL skit and reality with Palin considering how Tina Fey got laughs last night by essentially repeating one of Palin’s actual answers to Katie Couric.

Seeing Mexico from near your house would not make you qualified on foreign policy, but you might be as qualified as Sarah Palin.

The classic definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result that never occurs.  By that standard anyone who votes for a candidate from either of the two main political parties (except those voters on the government dole) would fit that classic definition (we vote for the same two parties and nothing changes).  Or to put it more succinctly, the American electorate is certifiably insane.  The current liquidity/lending financial crises is just the precursor wave to what is coming…………….there are $70 trillion (yes with a T) in unfunded liabilities that will begin washing ashore in 2017 (just 8 years away) ………an economic tsunami that makes the current crises look like a splash in a mud puddle.
