It’s ridiculous how people ignore all these things
and still yell in your face that you’re a baby killer
for voting for obama, he’s not fit to lead/gover, he’s inexperienced, higher taxes, blah blah blah.
jesus christ, look at the facts.

well, honestly he is OLD. his character has diminished throughout the debates. and he respects those idiots that call obama a terrorist. HELLO, WAKE UP CALL.
Even SMART Republicans refuse to vote for McCain.
If the Democratic candidates were like this, I would not be voting for them.

#2 she has the authority to fire and hire – what was un ethical was her motivation to do so. Like most xtian fundies she follows the belief that saying something often enough, even when the evidence proves contrary, makes something real – being happy that the findings said she did NOT abuse her power! Talk about deluded – perhaps I’ll write a book called The Palin Delusion

Finding # 2 is a simple matter of state law which was never in dispute. It has absolutely no bearing on whether Palin abused her power.

Those who claim this as a defense of Palin show a shocking lack of understanding of both this case and of the importance of rule of law which must be adhered to in order to prevent the unethical actions by Sarah Palin.

Finding # 2: I find that, although Walt Monegan's refusal to fire Trooper Michael Wooten was not the sole reason he was fired by Governor Sarah Palin, it was likely a contributing factor to his termination as Commissioner of Public Safety. In spite of that, Governor Palin's firing of Commissioner Monegan was a proper and lawful exercise of her constitutional and statutory authority to hire and fire executive branch department heads.

Palin should be impeached;no moral principals, no discipline dealing with good. Her and husband are guilty;
how many other files in the governor office he looked at?
Who in the hell said he was an offical? These motives are
dirty;they used authority that belonged to the people as
though they werwe their own to destroy the commissioner
and ex-brother-in-law. Abuse of power as to ethics means
for personal reasons or financial. Her creditability is scummy and way out of pocket. This is how a crook work.
What about her strong ties with the Alaskan Independence
