		<description>McCain is obviously trying to seperate himself from Bush in any way possible, especially since Bush&#039;s  &quot;disapproval&quot; rating is the highest in modern history. Apparently higher than even Nixon&#039;s.  He&#039;s just hoping noone bothers really thinking about what he says and just agrees with him.  THe problem is there is a certain percentage of the population that will say &quot;that sounds pretty good, lets vote for him,&quot; even if he is just blowing a lot of hot air.</description>
