Hillary has become the most disgusting political figure imaginable. I thought I disliked Bush and Cheney. Now, sadly, Hillary has been swallowed up by the slime and has re-emerged spewing it.

McCarthyism is hitting the nail on the head. That was also guilt by association. If I had to be blamed every time someone I have met in my life does something wrong, then I’ll constantly be under suspicion. Obama has too much class to get into the muck and mire with Hillary. If I were him, I would bring up the McDougals every time she brings up Rezko, etc. When it comes tit for tat, Hillary would lose big time.

One thing that cracks me up about Hillary’s “if he can’t take the heat, stay of the kitchen” comment, is the memory of her performance in the 2000 Senate Debate when she cried about Rick Lazio “invading her personal space” when he challenged her to sign a pledge to reject soft many. She said she would if he gave it to her, and when he did, she got all upset and played the victim. Now she’s all tough and ready?

Clinton has frequently used surrogates to promote her dirty work and I’d be surprised if this was not coordinated by the campaign.

In the event that this really was someone working on their own, the general conclusions of the post remain valid. Clinton has engaged in this type of dirty politics many times, and has used similar justifications in the past.
