[...] Clinton’s ads also helped highlight some of Clinton’s weaknesses beyond her poor judgment in supporting the Iraq war. As I noted yesterday, Clinton’s claims of experience are questionable. Clinton did not have security clearance, did not attend National Security Council meetings, and as First Lady had limited involvement in national security issues. [...]

[...] While Obama has a strong argument based upon judgment based upon his opposition to the war, Clinton’s claims of experience are more questionable.
[...] Clinton has some experience during the past thirty-five years but it is hardly sufficient to consider her more qualified to be president. Often the experience consisted of assignment to part times posts while she was primarily working in corporate law. This included sitting on the board of Wal-Mart as they fought unions. Her years as first lady are of some value, but again are hardly sufficient to qualify her to be president. I’ve previously noted reports that Clinton did not have national security clearance as first lady. Her major action as first lady was on health care, which she botched badly. In contrast, Obama was successful in his efforts at expanding health care in Illinois. It is also notable that, although she is running on her experience, she is keeping the records from her years as first lady secret until after the election. [...]

In comparing the two candidates, this is just ridiculously trivial compared to the problems of substance with Clinton. Obama makes a comment which needs correction. Clinton gets it wrong on issues from Iraq to health care. There's just no comparison here.

"I would stop the import of all toys from China" - Barack Obama

The dude may have judgement but he doesn't know diplomacy, does he? As for the weak quote by his office, along the lines of "he meant toys containing more than trace amounts of lead from anywhere", that may be what he meant but that's certainly not what he said.

Don't get me wrong, I like Barack, and I hope he will run as VP next to Clinton, but he needs to learn to think before he speaks. Or at least, to speak in a style which is considerably more vague. Otherwise it's just a matter of time before he puts his foot firmly into his mouth, and with nearly a year to go before elections that is unacceptable.
