Answer: they were beaten to the puch by the Federal Reserve. Just today all problems were fixed by the feds announcing a $600 Billion buy (over a period of approximately 8 months) of T-bills. Brilliant! http://www.csmonitor.com/Business/2010/1103/Federal-Reserve-to-buy-600-billion-in-bonds-as-hedge-against-deflation And there I was so worried about the lack of inflation.
I am concerned that the sane in our society may be beaten into apathy with this latest example of how our system can be manipulated to keep money in power… where is the outrage from the Administration.. that is the real tragic outcome.
