Not only are the headlines misleading but so are the first two or three graphs, which is about as far as the average reader goes. And 99% of them cast Obama, his staff and his programs in a bad light. Local TV is just as bad when they preview an upcoming show. I’m seeing this all the time in the print media these days. There is no better recruiting tool than fear (and torture). Too many people only skim the headlines in newspapers. You make a very valid point.
