On April 20 Teresa Heinz Kerry and the Heinz Endowments are sponsoring a conference on Women’s Health and the Environment in Pittsburgh. I met Teresa while she was campaigning in Michigan shortly prior to the 2004 Iowa caucus (photo above). I once again had the opportunity to ask her about her current projects as part of a blog tour starting next week. This will be a series of brief interviews posted on a different blog every day. Following is the tentative schedule:
4-14 Culture Kitchen
4-15 Light Up The Darkness
4-16 Democracy Cell Project
4-17 A Dem Fine Woman
4-18 The World Women Want/Big Green Purse
4-19 John Kerry Is My Hero
4-20 Democratic Daily
4-21 Post Carbon
4-22 The Unofficial Kerry Blog
4-23 Culture Kitchen
4-24 We Love John Kerry
4-25 Violet Voices
4-26 Cocking A Snook
4-27 VB Dems
4-28 Tough Enough
4-29 Liberal Values
4-30 Freedom’s Fire
Ron,
Is Light Up The Darkness still around? (4/15)
I thought Pamela turned it into the Democratic Daily?
Pamela stated The Democratic Daily when she left LUTD. Sandy kept LUTD going (although I think it was on hiatus for a while). Note Light Up the Darkness has been listed in the blog roll here since Liberal Values was started.
I’m looking forward to hearing your questions, and THK’s answers, Ron.
Look forward to yet another good reason to post the above photo, Ron, as well as the interview, of course. @;-)
At the moment the pictures of importance are those of Doctor Who’s two companions since the show was restarted. (As you might guess, this means that Sci Fi Friday will be posted as soon as I get it done.)
Well I didn’t want to complain, but now that you mention it, all I could find this morning was a sort of cool (and by cool I mean not hot) argument on last week’s Sci Fi Friday blog. I wondered what the hold up was!
If there are any arguments this week, I suspect they will come from Serenity fans, as you will see in a few moments.
Ron, I shamelessly baited Firefly/Serenity fans on the thread by *gasp* critizing Joss Wheaton. Just in case you were looking forward to a good flame war over a television show. @;-)
Kj,
We don’t have flame wars here over television shows which have aired. For some reason people only see pitches for tv shows which have never aired as reasons for launching flame wars.
