I won't even try to convince you. ;-)
Stargate is always the last on the list for me to watch, even over old home shows on the Home and Garden channel. JimBobKen has much lower standards when it comes to sci fi than I do, he is a devote of just about anything to do with space, or black lagoons, or 1950's black and white monster movies.

And, while I missed several seasons of FarScape, I enjoyed watching the creators push the boundaries with language. Don't know that there was/is another show that had its own, easily translated, profanity. (I guess my standards are pretty low as well.) lol!

kj,

I loved Farscape at first but by the end it was ready to go off. (Of course I'm happy they added the movie to tie up that cliff hanger from the final regular episode). Since they were playing different characters, having Browder and Black on Stargate wasn't enough to get me to start watching a show which had been on for so many years. I can't judge it fairly nevery having watched an entire show, but when I did have bits on I wasn't very impressed.

Please don't convince me otherwise or I might be stuck buying ten year's worth of DVD's, as well as those of its current spin off.

FarScape, to me, was the real loss. At least Skippy (fandom's name for the SciFi Channel) had the good sense to pick up Ben Browder and Claudia Black for the last season of Stargate.

Going back in time to right wrongs? Sounds iffy to me... messing with the Prime Directive and all. Unless they play around with the various alterations the actions could cause.
